What awaits you

As an Account Executive for Germany, your responsibility will be the entire sales process. While your focus is on Germany, you will also keep an eye on the rest of the DACH region. Throughout lead tracking, pipeline management, and product demos, you should never lose sight of the ultimate goal: closing successful deals. You continuously drive up the monthly recurring revenue (MRR) by minimizing churn rate and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. As an independent Account Executive, you will have plenty of room to implement your own ideas. Additionally, you will gain exciting insights into the Benelux market through close collaboration with your Dutch sales colleagues. Your responsibilities

  • As an Account Executive, your daily work will involve closing deals, shortening our sales cycle with efficiency and know-how.
  • You attract deals of all sizes, whether it’s small businesses or large enterprise clients, and gradually build a solid customer base using your intuition.
  • Our sales process relies on digitalization and automation, and we work with various tools and CRM systems like HubSpot to make your work a breeze!
  • After closing the deal, you ensure a smooth handover to the Customer Success team, who will support new clients in using our platform.
  • You work closely with the marketing team. Together, you develop innovative strategies and campaigns to conquer the German-speaking market.
  • Your demos convince customers of our product and are key to building a solid customer base in Germany and the rest of the DACH region.
  • You keep track of your activities and adjust your workflow where necessary to improve your results. But don’t worry, your hard work pays off through the bonus system!

This is you

  • You are fluent in German at a native or C2 level.
  • You have 1 to 2 years of sales experience.
  • You live in Amsterdam or the surrounding area.
  • Preferably, you have experience in the SaaS/Tech industry. However, we value diversity in identities, backgrounds, as well as experiences, and therefore welcome all applications from motivated Account Executives.
  • You have an entrepreneurial mindset and actively contribute to the growth of a startup with international ambitions. With your proactive and practical mindset, you take initiative and achieve results independently.
