40 hours a week


Your focus is researching and contacting new sales opportunities. Together with our marketing department, you make sure every company in Germany knows TimeChimp has arrived! You get a kick out of chasing a deal, are not afraid to set ambitious goals and have a confident and no-nonsense work ethic that can get you anywhere. You’ll collaborate with different integration and implementation partners and use gathered data to update internal stakeholders.




  • Asking the right questions to the right people to make them realize a need they didn’t know they had
  • Working in the fast-paced SaaS-world
  • Giving presentations and demo’s on a regular basis
  • Being the ambassador of TimeChimp Germany
  • Closing deals and reaching targets
  • Working in a young and ambitious company, where a good work-life balance is a must


  • You master the German written language
  • You have an HBO-degree in Business or a great story
  • You have about 3 years of experience in the SaaS
  • You have knowledge of a workforce workflow and are familiar with accounting
  • You have excellent phone, writing and listening skills
  • You know your way around with our CRM-tool Hubspot
  • You can set up a partner network in Germany from scratch
  • You can analyze information and extract valuable insights
  • You are ambitious, enthusiastic, honest, driven, funny, super-positive, social and structured
