40 hours a week

Introduction

No day will be the same because you will have onboarding calls with (big) new customers, and you’ll also prepare and record webinars for our new German-speaking customers. In the meantime, you’ll receive questions from customers as well, and you will be working on a plan to take our service to the next level.

You will not be a “one-(wo)man-show”, so don’t worry about that. You will work together with our Customer Success team, who help the Dutch market.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Building customer relationships with a variety of customer types
  • Having a responsible role where you independently manage your agenda and workweek
  • Tackling one problem after another and even when it’s getting tough, you know how to save yourself
  • Working at a SaaS company and you believe in the powers of Cloud
  • Developing yourself as the Customer Success Manager, you want to be
  • Working in a commercial team with a commercial mindset

Experience

  • You master the German written language.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. We also love to listen to a good story if you lack both.
  • 1-2 years experience in a commercial team.
  • You know what SaaS means, and you can easily find your way in software applications.
  • Your communication skills are excellent for German mother tongue (or C2) and English at least B2. Speaking Dutch is a plus!
  • You work in an organized manner and can quickly switch between different activities.
  • It’s a plus if you have work experience at a SaaS company
  • It is also a plus if you have worked with CRM systems before.
  • Friends and family would describe you as reliable, responsible, and independent. And of course, as an amusing person ????
