Introduction

Despite being a junior position, the role comes with much responsibility, and no day is the same. It ranges from answering a trillion phone calls to managing an exploding chat inbox. From making our customers happy by helping them understand the tool, you have set up for them to explaining the technical side of integrating TimeChimp and another tool. From making it clear to a customer that it’s really unwise to track time in Excel to identifying bugs. All in a day’s work. The only thing that stays the same is your positive attitude whilst managing this chaos every single day.

 

 

Responsibilities

  • Helping customers successfully by phone, e-mail, and chat.
  • Explaining and knowing (technical) things.
  • Tackling one problem after another. Even when it’s getting tough, you know how to save yourself.
  • Growing into the role as an independent Customer Success Manager.

Experience

  • You master the German written language.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. We also love to listen to a good story if you lack both.
  • Some experience with customer service.
  • You know what SaaS means, and you can easily find your way in software applications.
  • Your communication skills are excellent for German mother tongue (or C2) and English at least B2. Speaking Dutch is a plus!
  • You work in an organized manner and can quickly switch between different activities.
  • Friends and family would describe you as reliable, responsible, and independent. And of course, as an amusing person ????
