Introduction

As Junior Customer Success Manager, you will pick up the phone to answer all questions about our tool, and you are helping our customers in our chat. No question or problem is too crazy for you and together with your colleagues you will help our customers and make their working day easier and more fun.

Responsibilities

  • Helping customers to be successful via phone, e-mail, and chat.
  • Explaining and knowing (technical) things about our tool.
  • Tackling one problem after another. Even when it’s getting tough, you know how to structure your workload.
  • Growing into the role as an independent Customer Success Manager.

Experience

  • You master the German written and spoken language.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. But we love to hear your (good) backstory if you lack both.
  • Some experience with customer service.
  • You know what SaaS means, and you can easily find your way in software applications.
  • Your communication skills are excellent for a German native (or C2) and you speak English at least on a B2-level. Speaking Dutch or having the ambition to learn it is a plus!
  • You work in an organized manner and can quickly switch between different activities.
  • Friends and family would describe you as reliable, responsible, and independent. And of course, as a fun person who thrives in a dynamic work environment.
