Pricing

The prices as shown on our website and in our communication do not include VAT.

It is possible to switch between different subscriptions at any time via the tool. When you upgrade, it takes effect immediately, regardless of whether you have a monthly or annual subscription. In the event of a downgrade, the change takes effect with monthly payment in the next month, and when paid annually on the invoice date. Please note that annual payment is associated with a discount on the invoice. Also, note that you may miss features after a downgrade.

The trial period at TimeChimp is completely free. After creating your account, you can try out all features, except add-ons, free for 14 days. After these 14 days, you can choose to delete all your test data and start from scratch, or continue with all your existing data.

At TimeChimp, we have three packages available: Essential, Advanced, and Professional. The price is determined per user per month. If you choose Advanced or Professional, there is a monthly base fee on top of that. If you opt for annual billing, you will receive a discount. For companies with more than 200 users, we have a special enterprise arrangement and can make a customized quote. At TimeChimp, you pay a fixed amount per user per month. The price per user depends on:

• the plan you choose (Essential, Advanced or Professional);
• whether you pay monthly or annually;
• the number of users. The more users you have, the lower the rate per user.

Advanced and Professional also include a base fee. Add-ons such as the Customer Portal or API are added on top.

Example

Advanced annual plan with 5 users + Customer Portal:

• €12 per user / month (€60 for 5 users);
• €25 / month base fee (€300 / year);
• €42 / month for the Customer Portal.

Total: €127 per month (€1,524 per year).

With a monthly subscription, you can cancel at any time. With an annual subscription, the term is one year and you need at least 60 days notice before the renewal date.
