What did the situation look like for TimeChimp?
“Previously, we worked with Excel/LibreOffice in combination with the agenda. In the agenda, the employees put their blocks of time they worked on, and every week, one of them took over all that data and put it into Excel. After that, we still had to find out (via the previous invoices) where an amount was invoiced, and manually look up the address details, invoice number, etc. and create an invoice. Overview: small things, such as seeing what projects specific customers have, how much turnover a specific customer provides, etc.”
What are TimeChimp's biggest advantages for you?
“Super customer service, who even makes a help video if you really can't figure something out. And also convenience. The program is clean, easy to use, and the satellite apps for employees are also super simple.
In addition, the billing module stands out the most for us. At the beginning of the project, you specify all the frameworks, for example which activities are or are not declarable, what the budget is, and who is the financial contact person. Then, in literally 3 clicks, you sent an invoice for all outstanding hours, trips, costs, etc. without having to think about it. A copy also goes directly to Exact Online.
