How can I send up to 1,000 free e-invoices via TimeChimp?
During our temporary promotion, each customer receives a Advanced whether Professional subscription 1,000 free e-invoicing credits. This allows you to send up to 1,000 e-invoices via the Peppol network.
To make use of this, all you have to do is:
- Make sure your KYC status is approved.
This is mandatory in order to activate e-invoicing. Is your status still unknown or unapproved? Then request a KYC check via support@timechimp.com. - Activate the e-invoicing module in your organization's App Center.
After a successful KYC, the module becomes available automatically. - Send your invoices via Peppol.
Each shipment attempt costs 1 credit, even if a shipment fails (for example due to incorrect customer details). The first 1,000 credits are free and valid until 31-12-2026.
Once you've enabled e-invoicing, your free credits are used automatically - so you don't need to request anything extra.
Can I try e-invoicing during my trial period?
At the moment, this is not possible. This is because we need to verify your organization first before you can get started with e-invoicing in TimeChimp. here learn more about how to verify your organization.
Do I pay extra for e-invoicing via Peppol in TimeChimp?
No, e-invoicing is currently included in TimeChimp's costs when purchasing an Advanced and Professional package. Temporarily, you will now receive 1,000 credits to send up to 1,000 invoices.
