We've introduced a base fee to keep costs per user low and offer predictable, fixed costs for the functionalities that your organization uses. Add-ons such as the customer portal and custom domain have been made available so that customers only pay for the functionalities they actually need. This ensures a transparent pricing structure and a clear package focus. In addition, we offer a basic and advanced API, where the advanced API offers higher usage limits, a PowerBI connection and a template. For larger customers, we are introducing seat bundles starting at 50 seats, which offers flexibility in adding or removing seats and makes for easier administration. These new packages are designed to meet the specific needs of different customer segments and support growth.
